Who We Are

Big Ideas Start Small.™

We teach kids how to turn "I have an idea" into "Look what I did!"

PM4Kids™
Our Story

Why Wait?

Why wait until adulthood to teach skills children can begin developing today?

After years of leading projects, teams, and organizational change, I saw firsthand how important it is to know how to take an idea, create a plan, work with others, solve problems, adapt when things change, and see something through.

Then I realized — children are already doing this. They imagine, build, create, organize, collaborate, and problem-solve every day. PM4Kids™ was created to nurture those natural abilities through joyful, age-appropriate experiences designed specifically for children.

Through Dream It. Map It. Do It. Check It. Celebrate It.™, children learn that an idea can become more than a thought — it can become something they make happen.

My hope is that every child walks away believing:

  • My ideas matter.
  • I can figure things out.
  • I can make things happen.

Because PM4Kids™ isn't just about completing projects. It's about helping children discover what they're capable of — one big idea at a time.

Our Mission

Awakening the Doer Inside Every Child

PM4Kids™ exists to awaken the doer inside every child. We transform project thinking into joyful, age-appropriate experiences that help children imagine possibilities, make plans, work with others, solve problems, and experience the confidence of turning an idea into accomplishment.

Our Vision

A World Where Every Child Knows Their Ideas Have Value

We envision a world where children grow up knowing that their ideas have value — and possessing the confidence, skills, and determination to do something meaningful with them.

What We Believe

PM4Kids™ Core Beliefs

These aren't generic values. They're the convictions that shape every program, every lesson, and every interaction we have with children.

Ideas Have Power.

Every child deserves to discover that something meaningful can begin with an idea.

Every Child Can Contribute.

Leadership isn't one personality type. Children bring different strengths, perspectives, and ways of contributing.

Doing Builds Confidence.

Children develop capability by experiencing themselves planning, creating, solving, contributing, and completing.

Problems Are Part of the Process.

Something going wrong isn't failure. It's an opportunity to think, adjust, and try again.

Progress Deserves Celebration.

We recognize effort, growth, teamwork, persistence, learning, and accomplishment — not simply the finished product.
